To hear that baby cry at the end, it was helpful to hear Melissa do Mrs. Speaking of that crying, viewers who watched the credits caught that Pamela Adlon Better Things voiced the baby screaming. How much will she continue be involved going forward? What makes it even more special, is Pamela and Carol Ann Susi were longtime dear friends. But between the audition and the first episode, the voice was dropped from the character -- only to be picked back up later.
