What does nps stand for on buckwild

We apologize for the confusion and hope we will have a chance to continue to serve you better regarding this experience. It was a hot day with temperature of about degree F all day. One of the room had non functioning air conditioning. We called the front desk several times. No one answered.

Finally we went to the front desk ourselves and talked to this lady who sent someone. The gentleman came and did something and the ac started working again. However within 10 min it stopped working again. We called the front desk several times and finally it was answered and the lady refused to do anything.

She refused to give me the number for her manager and refused to transfer us to another room. Refused to tell us at what time her manager will be available. This is a pure scam. We stayed 5 nights, got a free upgrade. Spacious rooms with table, chairs, room to lay out equipment for hikes. Two chest drawers, also large closet.

Good bathrooms and showers. Climate control worked well. We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay. It sounds like we were able to provide you with everything you needed to help you make the most of your visit. AC was not working in our room - should have known that something was wrong when many rooms on our floor had their doors open.

We opened the window but someone was smoking weed outside! When we called the front desk, we were offered a fan but not a room change.

When the pot smoking was mentioned, both people at the front desk knew who was doing it - employees! AC was not repaired that night. A light bulb was also burnt out above the bed and the remote control was missing a battery.

The least the hotel could do is offer a refund for a hot, uncomfortable night. Would not recommend this property.

Glad we only had to suffer thru one night. We have been working hard to replace malfunctioning chillers so that our guests will be as comfortable as possible during the heat waves we are experiencing, and in most cases we are able to meet the needs our guests have by promptly addressing any room that reports their air conditioner has not properly responded to our replacement repairs. While it is generally customary, even before the pandemic, for housekeeping to prop open the doors of vacant rooms, we can understand it was puzzling for you to find doors open.

We do this to maximize air circulation primarily. Our property is a smoke-free facility, as well as are we a drug-free employer, so we are as surprised as you to hear of the concerns you and the Front Desk agents discovered, and we will immediately follow-up on what you have brought to our attention. It sounds like we were able to offer you compensation regarding what happened, but we know it's hard to earn you trust back once we have lost it.

We will continue to work hard to ensure our guests receive superior care, and we hope we will have another chance in the future to exceed your expectations. We stayed two nights and it was nice. The front desk was able to upgrade us which was a big plus. Had grab bars but too hard to climb in and get out for a shower and no bath mat for inside the tub, too slippery.

Overall, would stay again. We also hear your feedback about the grab bars and bath mat. We understand tending to these details can make for a more enjoyable experience in the future, and we apologize for the inconvenience you were caused.

We look forward to your next visit, and we assure you we will provide you with the superior care we are best known for and that you expect when you stay with us. To begin with the location of this resort is perfect as it is only minutes from the entrance to the Grand Canyon and is in walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. The common areas like the pool, hot tub, etc were all very nice and we enjoyed them.

With respect to the rooms it was a different story. The first building we were placed in was so outdated and had the worst odor. Upon complaining to the front desk we were moved to a newer building and the room was gorgeous. The breakfast service was good however the dinner options were totally overpriced and underwhelming. We understand an elevated experience is important to you, and we will continue to work hard to ensure our guests feel satisfied with every aspect of their premier stay, including the price.

That means ensuring the smallest detail is tended to. We apologize for any inconvenience we caused, and we hope you will come back and see us again soon. The wildlife in the area was amazing!

We saw 2 bull elk lying on the grass in front of the hotel. I dont think we could have made it to see the sunrise at the canyon if we had stayed any further away. We appreciate you letting us know you enjoyed your stay, and especially love hearing about how you were able to enjoy the sunrise as a result of our convenient location.

It's a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we are happy to hear we were able to help you make the most of your visit. We look forward to seeing you again soon. The hotel is outdated and feels dirty. No attention to details when they cleaned, old stinky carpet, old furnishings.

The bed was comfy, it worked for what we needed, sleep. It is in a great location and easy to get to Grand Canyon entrance. We understand you are looking forward to a more modern design and a feeling of better cleanliness throughout the property. By lacking attention to detail, carpets can show wear and present an odor, and that's within our control to correct. We apologize for letting you down, and we will work harder to ensure the public areas are as comfortable as your room was.

We hope you will give us another chance to provide you with superior care on another visit. We stayed at this "premier' property this past weekend and even though we'd read the reviews and knew that our options were limited in Tusayan, we were disappointed by the property and staff.

The worst offense was the air conditioner in our room was not functioning correctly. At times is was freezing cold and others during the night when trying to sleep it was pumping hot air out. We called maintenance and they sent three techs to work on the equipment. They spent 20 minutes working on the unit and indicated that the unit had 'frozen' at some point in time. We thought that they'd therefore fixed the issue but again the 2nd night the hot air came pouring out.

We ended up turning it off but that made for a difficult night sleeping experience. Yes, the ground floor gets a lot of traffic but cleaning the carpets goes a long way. So does sufficient lighting. We also asked the front desk about some scary looking bees out front when we arrived.

We were told that they were beetles and implied that they were harmless. Fortunately, we have a relative that is an entomologist so we sent pictures. Guess what, the 'beetles' are actually wasps and commonly known as tarantula wasps or tarantula hawks and are very 'ferocious if pestered'. The bad information by the front desk could result in someone getting stung. Lastly, we knew from previous reviews that the food service was slow. We were okay with that but we didn't understand why the drinks we ordered took about 20 minutes to arrive.

The waiter was very understanding and promised to look into it for us. We were seated very close to the bar and could see and hear the bartender very well. It sounded to us like the bartender was more interested in entertaining the customers sitting at the bar with all his stories than completing the drink orders.

Staffing must have been an issue too because we saw him serving food to tables near the bar, too, before we received our drinks. Please note that our waiter came to our rescue and he got the drinks to us pretty quickly when we brought it to his attention. In addition, we were given a discount on our dinner to offset the inconvenience. We appreciate him going above and beyond for us. However, it wouldn't have been necessary if the bartender focused on all his customers.

Please understand that our constructive input is meant to help management and staff to know what is important from your customers. We know you want what's best for us and for future guests, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know about the disappointment you experienced with our property and our staff.

It's not the way we want to be remembered, but it's necessary to hear in order to improve. It sounds like we started off with a lack of comfort in the room, and with as hot as it has been in Northern Arizona, it must have been very unsettling to have found your room in that condition.

I can't sleep when the temperature if off in any room, and I can understand how much this could have impacted your ability to rest. Further, you can't make the most of your time when we are in the room trying to fix something that should be in working order. While you were seeking enjoyment throughout the rest of the hotel, the ambiance of our lighting and the condition of the carpet was not very inviting, and what you experienced regarding the wasps is terribly startling; we can't thank you enough for bringing this to our attention as we should have been more attentive to your concern - while there may have been the beetles out there as we described, there were also clearly the wasps as you described.

Assumption doesn't turn out well for anyone, and we could have done better to respond. We appreciate your understanding about the inefficiencies in our food and beverage outlets, and we further appreciate you letting us know what steps we could have taken to provide a bit more efficiency with regard to what we could control.

We apologize for failing to tend to the details that could have made your stay a more enjoyable one, and we thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention.

We will be a better place for future visitors as a result of your feedback, and we hope you will give us another chance once dat to provide you with the superior care we are better known for. We were greeted by a room with the door left ajar and dirty towels strewn on the floor. Disgusting, particularly during Covid! When we alerted the hotel staff, they were extremely rude and the manager had a lot of attitude.

Needless to say we left. It sounds like you were given a room in which the cleaning process was not complete. I am sure that was a startling experience and was further compounded by a lack of care shown by our manager. We sincerely apologize that this interaction caused you to seek alternative accommodations.

It is our pleasure to work closely with our guests to provide a solution when something doesn't meet your expectations, and we hope to have another chance in the future to show you we value your business. Please reconsider giving us another chance; we know we are better than this and we hope we have another opportunity to show you.

You are not exactly glutton for choice for great lodging options around the Grand Canyon. This was actually cheaper, and better reviewed, than some of the other options, so I booked anyway.

It bears repeating The lobby, restaurant, and room were dated. The bathtub fixtures were so old I had to call the front desk so they could tell me how to turn the showerhead on.

The toilet does not have a strong flush. The restaurant is expensive with very mediocre food. The cost to stay here was very overpriced, although similar to other lodging options around the Grand Canyon.

With this being said, the hotel was clean and perfectly adequate for a place to sleep. The most positive thing was the staff. Everyone who I dealt with, from the front desk to our waitress Haley, was pleasant. There was an issue with something in the room not working and they sent someone immediately to fix it. Overall, an expensive stay in a dated although clean hotel.

With the premier label, and prices they are charging, the hotel needs to be completely renovated. We appreciate you letting us know how accommodating you found our staff to be.

We know it's our people who make the difference! And in these times, we so too appreciate you letting us know you found our facility to be clean! Most of our rooms reflect the rustic charm and original decor of our history while a new building, new fitness room, and an indoor and outdoor pool and bar serve as the modern additions and allows guests a chance to experience a more contemporary feel.

We will refresh our , , and building rooms in the upcoming years. Young man who checked us in was great. BUT Our air conditioner started smoking and smelling and giving off heat. After maintenance checked it out, he said it would be ok and that the front desk would call us to switch rooms. They never did. The smell in the room was nasty. We kept the windows open to air out. Air conditioner never shut off. It just let off heat instead of shutting off once it was cool.

No one slept. Luckily, we were there for one night. They did not compensate for the room-said the manager wasn't on duty. Said manager would call. Never did. We reached out to them again. Oh-we had an a extra charge on the room that should not have been there. We fail to meet that expectation when we are unprofessional, lack friendly demeanor, and overlook the details that matter most to our guest.

However, the building and room we were given were majorly outdated. The halls of our building smelled like smoke from the 80's. Our room was also outdated.

We had to call down to the front desk which took awhile because there are no room phones to figure out how to turn our shower on. Once I got through, the staff was quick to respond and he admitted that the weird tub spout pull knob was outdated I've never seen one like that in my life. I get that it is hard to control, but there were dead moths every where in the hallway outside of our room.

That being said, the pool area is very updated and great. There were two male elk that walked the property each night, which was very cool. The hotel is a very short drive to the Grand Canyon Village. Overall the whole stay was okay at best. I'm giving it a harsher review because Best Western has labelled this a "Premier" property. If they label it like that, the rooms should at least look like they have been update in the 21st century.

Nestled in the juniper and ponderosa pines of the Kaibab National Forest, our Premier property boasts things you're not likely to find in a hotel, such as a Bowling Alley and Arcade. Unfortunately, this has also resulted in some unwanted wildlife making there way into our guest rooms.

The record-breaking moth migration is almost complete, and we are working hard to ensure our guests continue to be impacted as little as possible by the migration. We plan on refreshing our , , and building rooms in the upcoming years, and we will take your comments into consideration as we plan. We found out there are 3 different parts of this hotel. We stayed in the newer building and it was good although the fridge was not working initially as it was old.

The toilet would also not flush properly. However the maintenance staff were good and prompt. It is close to Grand canyon but there still could be lines to get in at various busy times.

If you want to avoid that there are hotels in the Grand canyon but you have to book months in advance. There are several restaurants in the area. Night stars at the Grand canyon were amazing. By telling us what you liked about your stay and how we can improve, you are helping us deliver a superior experience for you and other guests in the future, and you are helping guests make the most of their visit.

After seeing the pictures on line, we decided this would be a good choice for our visit to the Grand Canyon. Well, dont judge a book by its cover. This place is rundown and old. The pictures are not what you get. In fact, the rooms are spread out in multiple buildings and some of them are from the 70's and smell like it. The amenities advertised are not available and the hotel still blames Covid instead of a lack of management here.

There is no excuse for not providing sufficient towels and or simple soap, especially for the high end price here. We felt ripped off and the bugs in the room were disgusting laying larvae eggs all over the room we felt unsafe here. Our children had moth guts all over them from our room! We tried to change rooms to no avail. We could not get soap or towels. The kids were so excited about the arcade until we walked in and saw the ancient games available.

Bowling was pricey especially for the chipped up balls we had to use. We should have trusted the reviews and gone elsewhere. Wound up checking out early and moving on rather than have our children sleeping in bug eggs with moths flying under our door whenever the lights were on, This place needs a huge cleansing and some new furniture!

Gross for a Best Western Premier! We are proud of our Premier products and services, but it sounds like we fell short in providing you with a stay you can look back fondly on. We want to provide memorable experiences, but not like this.

We appreciate you letting us know what you liked about our hotel and how we can improve. We apologize for failing to meet your expectations. Your experience sounds so disappointing and is not indicative of the reviews we typically receive. We regret you were unable to enjoy your visit. We hope you will come back to see us again in the future so we can have another chance to exceed your expectations.

We wish you safe and happy travels until then. The hotel is in a great location- on the main road and only a few minutes from the entrance to the Grand Canyon. The common areas of the hotel are in excellent condition. But the room is definitely showing signs of wear. There's a definite musty smell in the hallway and the room. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. We appreciate you letting us know how much you enjoyed our convenient location and our common areas. Our exceptional staff service also stood out to you, and we are happy to hear we were able to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.

We also appreciate you letting us know how we can improve the cleanliness and condition of our rooms and hallways. We will continue to schedule improvements and renovations to our hotel in order to meet the expectations our guests have of us, while still maintaining the historic and rustic charm of our facility. We look forward to your next visit and wish you safe and happy travels until then.

I have never had such a poor experience at a motel. Staff would not clean the dead moths and moth guts from our room. I asked and called 6 times. I saw a 4 other guests having other issues with their room. Moth migrations, naturally-occurring phenomenon, are taking place in the national forest where our hotel is located.

We understand this can be perceived as an unsettling event for some of our guests; however, what is within our control is how we respond to our guests when they need us. We apologize for the lack of care we showed when you requested to have your room tended to. We will continue to work hard to ensure we provide superior service to our guests.

Booked two rooms for the weekend family event. Rooms were not like the pictures. In fact, our room was worn out and had a foul odor along with a moth farm due to no door sealer. If this is true, they were new in Shower was hard to work and Wi-Fi was non existent.

Amenities were lacking and blamed on Covid not alack of staffing. Staff was frustrated and angry too. Asked for a newer room but told they had no one to clean it. Did not looked like our room had been cleaned either. Would not stay here again and can not understand how Best Western can call this a Premier Hotel. Arcade was old so were the games inside. Bowling was horrible.

The balls were all chipped up and my husband could not find a ball to fit his fingers. Stay anywhere else in Tusayan! We understand you were let down from the beginning of your stay when you failed to receive a room that looked like the photographs. Our room images online on our brand website and hotel's official website are true examples of the quality and decor you can expect when booking the room type that is shown; images provided by other posters may vary from what you book.

We are always happy to help and it is our pleasure to assist you when you are booking your reservation so we can describe the types of rooms shown or mention how one of the rooms might differ. The wing is our newest section, and the wing is still slated for future renovations.

It would have been our pleasure to assist you with any difficulty you were having with the room, and we know it can be hard to recover your trust once we have lost it. The pandemic is having such an impact on our guests as they let us know travel looks and feels differently. Impacts are being felt in ways that our guests never experienced before; a lack of staff is directly connected to the restricted access we have to the countless seasonal employees we typically welcome who join us from other countries, for example.

What is within our control is how we respond to our guests when they need us most, and we fail you when you experience unprofessional staff or word of a dirty room. We further appreciate you bringing to our attention the need for more sizes of bowling balls in the Fun Center.

We sincerely apologize for letting you down and failing to meet your expectations. We will continue to work hard to ensure all of our guests receive superior care each and every time, and we hope we will have another chance to visit with you during your next trip to Grand Canyon National Park. We really enjoyed our stay here. We had already stayed in Sedona a couple of days, then glamping, and this was our final destination. We were tired, had a long gap between checking out from the previous location and this one, and they were awesome about letting us check in much earlier than I expected.

We were also greeted with unexpected visitors when we came back at night and morning. I would absolutely stay here again. We love our convenient location, and we are glad you were able to make the most of your stay!

You've mentioned so many ways our hotel was able to help you relax and unwind, and it was truly a pleasure to be your home away from home. We appreciate your recommendation, and we look forward to your next visit. I chose this hotel because we had out puppy with us.

For the cost per night I was very disappointed in the quality of the room. We were warned about a problem with moths if you left your door open long; the problem was no weather stripping at the base of the door so there was a 1 inch gap the moths came through.

We used towels to block the gap but when out of the room the moths got in so we had to spend time clearing them out every time we left and came back in.

We appreciate you letting us know you noticed a door gap at the base of the door and that weather stripping needs to be repaired there. We apologize for the moths getting in, and we will take a look at the patio rooms to ensure there are no gaps at the base of the doors.

You're helping us improve by bringing this to our attention. With a location as convenient as ours, it is important we do all we can to help you make the most of your visit. We hope you will come back to see us again so we can have another chance to provide you with superior care.

Carpet dirty, moths flying in room advised this is moth season , toilet plugged, outdated room decor, frig not working, friendly staff, great location. First and last time at Best Western. Close to Grand Canyon. We appreciate you letting us know what you liked about your stay. We are pleased to offer accommodations close to the Grand Canyon so you can make the most of your visit.

We understand you are eager for us to update the decor in the rustic rooms and pay closer attention to the carpets and the functionality of the fridge. Our friendly staff apologizes for overlooking the details that let you down, and we will continue to work hard to ensure we exceed our guests' expectations each and every time.

We hope you will come back to see us so we can have another chance to provide you with superior care. This place surprised me. It was nicer than many of the Hilton's we've stayed at. It was a resort style hotel; beautiful spacious rooms, very clean, and safe with a peaceful laid back feel. The pools and the hot tubs are clean and well maintained. There was a safe in each of our rooms. Free on site parking and guest laundry. They also have on site bowling, and I think an arcade.

For my mom who's an amputee, she enjoyed the bathroom and shower because it was a VERY nice accessible shower with a built in shower chair that wasn't hard to get into. Out of all the places we have stayed during our vacations including well known 5 star resorts this is easily one of my favorites in the top five for sure. We will be returning. We are honored to have been among your favorite hotels, and we appreciate you sharing your experience with others. It is our pleasure to provide you and your mom with the comforts of home, and we are happy to hear you were able to relax and make the most of your visit.

How nice this place is cannot be overstated. The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were amazing, the amenities were great and it was an overall wonderful hotel experience. The pools, the bars, the bowling alley, the arcade and the restaurants make this place so fun you almost don't even want to leave to go see the Grand Canyon. I would not recommend staying anywhere else on a trip to see the canyon.

This is the spot hands down. Staying anywhere else would be a mistake. We appreciate you letting us know how much you enjoyed your visit. Friendly service, spacious and comfortable rooms, and plenty of on-site amenities make us a perfect home away from home and allow you to make the most of your time while on vacation. Thank you again for your recommendation! We had several issues and called the front desk hoping that they would resolve the issues.

No one came to fix or diagnose the problem until I went to the front counter and found out that there was NO management on premises until midnight. Stay away from this place. We appreciate your business and take your feedback very seriously as it will aid us in improving upon the service we provide. It must have been very frustrating to be unable to have your concerns addressed, resolved, or responded to.

We apologize for letting you down and will continue to work hard to ensure our guests' expectations are met and exceeded. We hope you will give us another chance in the future to provide you with the superior care we are best known for.

Hotel is located very conveniently minutes away from Grand Canyon park. That's the only good perk about this hotel. First , super expensive for what we got. Rooms are outdated , everything looked liked it was falling apart in the room. Door handle , shower head , faucet, It was cleaned either We are happy to hear you enjoyed our convenient location and were able to make the most of your visit. It sounds like we have some work to do in an effort to exceed your expectations with regard to the attention we give to the condition of the room.

We hear you concerns, and we will make efforts to improve the products and services we provide, to continue scheduling more frequent maintenance checks, and to continue training housekeeping team members to report anything that is not working in the room or needs replacing.

We can and will do better. We invite you to give us another chance so you can experience a room with a more modern decor, as some of our newer rooms offer a contemporary design. You can also try a newly renovated rustic style room next time. With lots of options, we know we have something for everyone. Please allow us another chance to provide you with superior care on a future visit. It was fine. Not great. Bed was comfortable. Sofa and carpet were stained. Felt kind of uncomfortable with the level of cleanliness.

Plastic cold cups and paper coffee cups as with all Best Westerns. You can call the front desk and tell them what you need towels ,Keurig coffee cups, etc.. After multiple tries they still get it wrong. Restaurant food was expensive but surprisingly good. When our amenities are unavailable, your comfort is compromised and you may feel you are not getting to experience everything you have paid for.

We know we disappointed you, and we apologize for letting you down. We can and will do better to inform our guest or provide other unique options in the future. While COVID has caused us to make amendments to our hotel's services and offerings for your safety and wellbeing, our hotel continues to look for ways to improve our guests' stay. We appreciate you providing insight on what we can do to better meet your needs going forward, such as by paying closer attention to the cleanliness of the room and in providing great service when you call; we must ensure we provide you with the amenities and quality you ask for and expect.

It is our pleasure to deliver items to your room, but we regret that we delivered inaccuracy in our service delivery. We understand how frustrating that can be. Please know that the health and safety of our guests remain paramount, and we will continue to work hard to make sure we make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

We hope you will come back and give us another chance to provide you with superior care. Dirty carpet, tile. Old furnishings. If you stay here don't take off your shoes. You pay for the proximity to the Grand Canyon south rim. They charge a premium for their in-facility restaurant breakfast. That means ensuring the smallest detail is tended to, such as ensuring your room is clean and well-maintained and no detail overlooked. We will continue to work hard to ensure we exceed our guests' expectations, and we hope you will come back and see us again soon so we can have another chance to provide you with superior care.

One particular staff at check-in was very rude and unprofessional. She just did not cooperate. I asked her to let me see the room but she flatly refused. I have some health issues and on advising her of the same she was unaffected and made me wait at the reception for over an hour and still did not allow me to see the room.

She instead told me to find another hotel. We know it was an uncomfortable situation and very disappointing. The three occupants of the truck were out in the woods drunk behind the wheel driving recklessly. So the likely conclusion is that the truck met a tree and the tree won. This has not been confirmed. It could have been an alien attack, or food poisoning or a drug overdose. The most likely scenario however is a run in between the truck and a stationary object such as a tree.

Sadly, West Virginia law inforcement is reporting that Shain has gone missing and three bodies have been found in his neighborhood. The bodies were found on Wolf Pen Rd. Shain Gandee and his uncle, David Gandee, have not been seen or heard from since early Sunday morning.

Family and friends spent most of Sunday trying to find them before calling Family members and emergency personnel at the scene also said Shain Gandee was found in the vehicle dead along with his uncle, David. The two men had been reported missing for about 31 hours. The name of the other person who was found in the vehicle was unavailable.

A person on a four-wheeler discovered three unresponsive people in a vehicle Monday morning. Emergency responders converged in the Wolf Pen Road area in Sissonville after reports that a vehicle had been discovered. Come for the tea. Stay for the shade. Not for the easily offended. You're a special snowflake just like everyone else. Go to the waffle house like normal people. Well as far as i am concerned you are the one that is not normal that was very rude to say an horrible timing!

My thoughts an prayers go out to all the friends an family of shain gandee. Doing dumb shit WILL get you killed. MTV glorifying this behaviour, teen pregs, guidos getting trashed and randomly punching each other in the face? They basically have challenged all these kids to risk their lives in the craziest ways in order to remain interesting. That post.

The person talking about elephant scrotum. That is why government and societal intervention in natural selection has dumbed down our population. Let those who are dumb enough to do this shit die, I guess. The truth should hurt. Why wait until another young person on these stupid shows are killed, just to make MTV look good.

Good job Tamara. Tamara, you are very blunt here.. Everyone that watched buckwild knew that Shaine was a happy guy and loved to drink.. At no point did Tamara state or imply that you have to be drunk to engage in this activity. She did report factually about the events of the night directly before this incident.

Anything else you have inferred. Wow this is sooooo sad!!! He was a really sweet and funny guy from the show!

This is so crazy… I wonder what happened. I read your comment in my email, Dlister and saw my post title after being updated eleventy billion times…So I just went to edit it. I know you meant skeeter up there, but still…. Dont you feel stupid? Car accident? So you missed the part where Shain crashed his truck into a mudhole and it had to be removed by a bulldozer?

So sad. He was definitely the star of the show. Never a dull moment with him on screen. My prayers go out to his family, friends, and cast of Buckwild.

Shain may be gone but he will never be forgotten. This unfortunate incident happened to a very likable and lovable person. There was never a conflict when it came to him and he was a very dear heart. My heart goes out to his family. You rear your children the best you can. A part of growing old is feeling invincible for a while. That has always been true. May all who hurt receive comfort. So sad, praying for his family. Wow what a sensitive article.
